Subject: [PATCH] refactor: display Refresh and Settings buttons on same line

- Move Refresh RPG Info button into rpg-settings-buttons-row
- Add rpg-btn-half class to both buttons for equal width distribution
- Conserves vertical space in the hamburger menu
- Buttons now display side-by-side with flex layout
