ARIA 5cd809930e Add per-repo cover image support for RSS feed items 
Add image_url column to repos table with migration, CLI image add/remove
commands, and Media RSS <media:content> elements in generated feed output.

New CLI commands: ghrel image add <repo> <url>, ghrel image remove <repo>

ARIA e1bd1ad9eb Fix server threading, tag URLs, and tag date resolution 
- Switch to ThreadingHTTPServer to handle concurrent requests
- Catch BrokenPipeError on response writes to suppress noisy tracebacks
- Change tag URL from /tags/ to /releases/tag/
- Resolve tag dates via commit SHA from tags API + commits endpoint (works for public repos without auth)
- Update tests to match new tag date resolution approach

ARIA 959d068474 Add daemon mode for background checks with systemd support 
- Added daemon command with --interval, --pid-file, --since flags
- Configurable check interval (s/m/h/d format)
- PID file for status checking
- Graceful shutdown on SIGTERM/SIGINT
- Structured logging to stderr for systemd journal
- Updated README with daemon docs and systemd service template
- Added daemon tests (parse_interval, PID file, help)

ARIA 2a5f11bd9b Initial commit: GitHub Release Monitor CLI tool 
CLI tool that tracks GitHub releases or tags from user-defined repositories
and exposes them as a subscribable RSS 2.0 feed.
